This training is designed to firstly provide participants with a blend of theoretical and contextual knowledge on suicide. Secondly, the programme offers an evidence-based model of intervention before closing out with a session on constructing safe plans.

Dr. Kayla Cooley
Dr. Cooley has worked in suicide prevention, intervention and postvention for over ten years. Her research focuses on suicide, the internet and the media. Her PhD explored suicide methods and locations.

Caitríona McMahon Cooley
