Mental Health Hour for Schools

This year Driving Change will be working with schools across the country to deliver programs and workshops to students around topics relating to mental health!

Building out from the podcast Mental Health Hour we’ve launched a new initiative that will work to better young people’s understandings of the world but more importantly of themselves. Like the podcast, the Mental Health Hour schools programs will cover a range of topics from self-awareness and self-esteem to responsible leadership and exploring core values.

Programs are facilitated by Social Care Workers and founders of Driving Change and Mental Health Hour Caitriona McMahon and Kayla Cooley. Personal development is at the core of these programs and each program is guided by the specific needs of your group or school.

With the new school term fast approaching it’s a good time to show your dedication to facilitating positive outcomes and wellbeing for your students and wider school networks. Whatever your needs Driving Change and Mental Health Hour can develop a program that will give students the language and confidence to recognise and communicate their emotional and social needs going forward!
